In this week’s episode, we’ll be examining Jed MacKay’s run on Doctor Strange, starting with the “Death of Doctor Strange”, moving through Clea’s time as Sorcerer Supreme during “Strange”, all the way through the end of “Doctor Strange” during “Blood Hunt”. We’ll discuss how Steven died, how he came back, and what that meant for the people around him. We’ll also discuss whether or not Jed MacKay is a good writer and end with a segment about nominative determinism. All that and more in this episode of the Doombots Marvel Podcast!

Ep. 134: How Did Iron Man Become Sheriff Of The Moon?
This week, we’re taking a look at Iron Man: Fatal Frontier, and traveling through the cosmos with Tony Stark. We’ll be looking at how the moon declared war on Earth, how Iron Man thought he could help, and why he began working with a lonely soviet robot. Also, we’re asking the big, important questions like: Is Tony Stark the dumbest Marvel hero ever?
Ep. 132: What Is Silver Surfer’s Whole Deal?
From cosmic nonsense to extensive retconning to time travel, Silver Surfer has it all! At least in terms of things that make some Doombots have psychotic meltdowns. However, Silver Surfer is also rad af, delightfully weird, and very unique, giving him a complexity that many cosmic characters don’t possess.

Venom and Doctor Doom are time traveling together. Thor becomes even more immortal. And Jonothan Hickman redefines (or at least starts to) the entire Marvel cosmology in G.O.D.S.

Episode 57: What Was The Reckoning War?

This episode features a non-linear free-association recalling of something that involved the Watchers and the end of the universe? And definitely the Fantastic Four somehow, but I’m not quite sure how. And I think the moon exploded? Is that right? Oh, and then Doctor Doom saves the universe. The end.
