We’re back to talk about The High Evolutionary yet again! After tackling all of his background, we’re finally getting to his first ever introduction. From accidentally creating the hyper-evolved Man-Beast to tranquilizing Hulk with a mystery pellet, to embracing his evil side with threats of gene bombs, eugenics and forced evolution, there’s a whole lot going on with this weirdo, and it somehow makes less sense the more you learn about him!
